Vision
To provide affordable access to Human Resource (HR) expertise, solutions, and tools and to be recognized as Canada’s leading online HR resource for Small to Medium Enterprises (SME)
We provide creative and customizable solutions to owners and managers to help them solve their people challenges
– right at your fingertips.
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of our Canadian economy, but unlike larger companies, most SMEs do not have access to a team of in-house experts when it comes to managing their Human Resources. We are here to provide the advice, the expertise and the knowledge that small and medium enterprise owners and managers want and need.
Watch Our WhyHumaniqa is the result of a partnership between three entrepreneurs living in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, who recognized a need for an easily accessible, bilingual, jurisdiction-specific online Human Resources (HR) tool to assist Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Canada in managing their HR.
In the ever evolving world of HR management, owners and managers of SMEs face difficult and costly HR issues on a daily basis, often without the in-house expertise of an HR professional to assist them. With the cost of HR management continuing to rise, the small and medium business owner is charged with deciding whether to invest hard earned capital into HR management or be exposed, unnecessarily, to the risks associated with non-compliance or a wrongful dismissal.
What we discovered is that SMEs require a form of insurance to protect them against HR mistakes. Not the type of insurance that compensates them when they make errors, but the insurance that comes with prevention. SMEs need a tool that will prevent costly HR mistakes.
